We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, defects or error, please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.

If you're not satisfied with your order you may return for up to 15 days from the date delivered and get a full refund (less S&H fee) or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
If you would like to make a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us your name, order number, item(s) and reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Cancellations or Changes
